A stick-shaped cosmetic material formed in a stick shape. The stick-shaped cosmetic material includes an outer peripheral surface extending along an axial direction, the axial direction being a direction along which an axis of the stick-shaped cosmetic material extends. The outer peripheral surface includes a protruding portion protruding outward in a radial direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic material on the outer peripheral surface, the protruding portion extending spirally.
This application is based on and claims priority under 35 USC 119 from Japanese Patent Application No. 2025-011237 filed on January 27, 2025, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.
TECHNICAL FIELDThe present disclosure relates to a stick-shaped cosmetic material and a cosmetic material container.
BACKGROUND ARTJP3151931Y describes a stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container. The stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container includes a cylindrical body tube, an operation tube connected to the body tube so as to be rotatable and immovable in the axial direction, and a cap detachably attached to the body tube. A stick-shaped cosmetic material, a stick-shaped cosmetic material support, a screw tube, an O-ring, and a compression spring are accommodated inside the body tube and the operation tube.
The body tube has a tapered leading tube at a front end portion of the body tube. An opening portion through which the stick-shaped cosmetic material is exposed is formed in a tip end portion of the leading tube. The opening portion has a star shape when viewed from a tip end side of the body tube. A transverse cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic material is a star shape. On an edge of the opening portion, crest portions protruding forward and radially inward and trough portions recessed rearward and radially outward are alternately formed. The stick-shaped cosmetic material has star-shaped corner portions that enter the trough portions of the opening portion, and the corner portions extend along a longitudinal direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic material.
In a case where the stick-shaped cosmetic material includes protruding portions such as the corner portions of the stick-shaped cosmetic material described above, it is possible to draw a thin line on an application target portion by bringing the protruding portion into contact with the application target portion. However, as the thin line is continuously drawn, the protruding portions of the stick-shaped cosmetic material gradually become round, and it may become difficult to draw the thin line over time. Therefore, it is required to lengthen a period of time in which a thin line can be drawn.
SUMMARY OF INVENTIONAspect of non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure relates to provide a stick-shaped cosmetic material and a cosmetic material container that can continuously draw a thin line for a long period of time.
Aspects of certain non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure address the features discussed above and/or other features not described above. However, aspects of the non-limiting embodiments are not required to address the above features, and aspects of the non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure may not address features described above.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a stick-shaped cosmetic material formed in a stick shape, the stick-shaped cosmetic material including:
an outer peripheral surface extending along an axial direction, the axial direction being a direction along which an axis of the stick-shaped cosmetic material extends,
in which the outer peripheral surface includes a protruding portion protruding outward in a radial direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic material on the outer peripheral surface, the protruding portion extending spirally.
Exemplary embodiment(s) of the present invention will be described in detail based on the following figures, wherein:
Hereinafter, embodiments of a stick-shaped cosmetic material and a cosmetic material container according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be appropriately omitted. For ease of understanding, some of the drawings may be illustrated in a simplified or exaggerated manner, and dimensional ratios and the like are not limited to those illustrated in the drawings.
The stick-shaped cosmetic material is a cosmetic material formed in a stick shape. The "stick shape" indicates a shape extending long in one direction. "Cosmetic material" indicates something that is applied to make one look beautiful. Examples of the stick-shaped cosmetic material include a rouge, a lipstick, a lip liner, a lip gloss, an eyeliner, an eyebrow pencil, an eyeshadow, a concealer, or a beauty stick. The stick-shaped cosmetic material is produced, for example, by twisting and extruding a raw material of the stick-shaped cosmetic material.
The stick-shaped cosmetic material may be a stick-shaped member containing a material that is solid at room temperature (for example, 25°C), or may be a stick-shaped member containing a flexible material (for example, a semi-solid form, a soft solid form, a jelly form, and a mousse form, or paste containing these). The stick-shaped cosmetic material may be an oil-based stick-shaped cosmetic material. As an example, an oily component of the stick-shaped cosmetic material may be 30 mass% or more and 80 mass% or less. However, the material of the stick-shaped cosmetic material is not particularly limited.
First EmbodimentThe cosmetic material container is a container having a stick-shaped cosmetic material. As illustrated in
The container 2 has, for example, a cylindrical shape. For example, the container 2 includes a tapered surface 2c that is a portion where an outer diameter of the container 2 decreases toward the opening 2b. An example of the shape of the container 2 has been described above. However, the shape of the container 2 is not limited to the above example and can be appropriately changed. For example, the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 and the container 2 extend along an axial direction D1, which is a direction along which an axis L of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 extends.
The "axis" indicates a center line of the stick-shaped cosmetic material passing through the center of the stick-shaped cosmetic material and extending in a longitudinal direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic material. The "axial direction" indicates a direction along the axis of the stick-shaped cosmetic material. A "radial direction" indicates a direction away from the axis in a plane orthogonal to the axis. A "circumferential direction" is a direction of rotation about the axis. In other words, the "circumferential direction" indicates a direction along a ring centered on the axis.
As an example, the container 2 includes a feeding mechanism for feeding out the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10. In this case, the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 can be fed out from the opening 2b of the container 2 by the feeding mechanism. Further, the container 2 may have a returning mechanism configured to rewind the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10. In this case, the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 protruding from the opening 2b of the container 2 can be retracted into the opening 2b by the returning mechanism (a protruding amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 from the opening 2b can be reduced). However, the container 2 may not include the feeding mechanism and the rewinding mechanism. The structure of the container 2 can be appropriately changed.
In a cross section orthogonal to the axis L, the protruding portion 12 has, for example, a pair of inclined surfaces 12b inclined with respect to the radial direction D3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10, and a top surface 12c connecting the pair of inclined surfaces 12b to each other. Hereinafter, the "cross section perpendicular to the axis L" may be referred to as "the cross section". The pair of inclined surfaces 12b approach each other as approaching the top surface 12c. For example, the inclined surface 12b has a linear portion 12d extending linearly in the cross section.
For example, extension lines E of the linear portions 12d of the pair of inclined surfaces 12b intersect at a position away from the top surface 12c in the radial direction D3. An angle θ formed by the pair of extension lines E is, for example, 10° or more and 60° or less (45° as an example). The top surface 12c is curved such that the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 bulges in the radial direction D3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10. The top surface 12c has a curved shape in the cross section. As an example, the top surface 12c has an arc shape in the cross section. However, the shape of the top surface 12c in the cross section may be parabolic, semi-elliptical, rectangular, or V-shaped, and is not particularly limited.
The outer peripheral surface 11 includes recesses 13 each extending from a root 12f of the protruding portion 12 in a direction opposite to the top surface 12c in the cross section. In the cross section, the recess 13 is formed between two protruding portions 12 disposed along the circumferential direction D2. For example, the outer peripheral surface 11 includes the plurality of recesses 13. The root 12f of the protruding portion 12 indicates an end portion of the linear portion 12d opposite to the top surface 12c in the cross section. In the cross section, the protruding portions 12 and the recesses 13 are alternately arranged. The recess 13 extends spirally together with the protruding portion 12 at the root 12f.
In the cross section, the recess 13 is curved so as to be recessed in a direction opposite to the radial direction D3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10. The recess 13 has a curved shape in the cross section. For example, the curvature of the recess 13 in the cross section is smaller than the curvature of the top surface 12c in the cross section. As an example, the shape of the recess 13 in the cross section is an arc shape. However, the shape of the recess 13 in the cross section may be parabolic, semi-elliptical, rectangular, or V-shaped, and is not particularly limited.
The outer peripheral surface 11 includes, for example, the plurality of protruding portions 12 arranged along the circumferential direction D2. In this case, the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 has a multi-spiral shape. As an example, the outer peripheral surface 11 includes three protruding portions 12 arranged along the circumferential direction D2. The position of the protruding portion 12 in the circumferential direction D2 changes towards the axial direction D1. The position of the recess 13 in the circumferential direction D2 changes towards the axial direction D1. The shape of the outer peripheral surface 11 (the outer shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10) when viewed along the axial direction D1 is, for example, a circular shape. An outer diameter A1 of the outer peripheral surface 11 when viewed along the axial direction D1 is, for example, constant.
The outer diameter A1 of the outer peripheral surface 11 when viewed along the axial direction D1 is, for example, 2mm or more and 6mm or less (as an example, 3mm). In bottom portions 13b of the plurality of recesses 13, distances K1 from a center 10b (axis L) of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 to the bottom portions 13b in the cross section are equal to each other. In the cross section, the plurality of bottom portion 13b is arranged along a virtual circular portion 13c. A diameter A2 of the circular portion 13c is, for example, 1mm or more and 4mm or less (1.5mm as an example).
The outer peripheral surface 11 includes, for example, a first color region 14 colored in a first color and a second color region 15 colored in a second color different from the first color. For example, the first color is a similar color to the second color. As an example, the first color and the second color are warm colors. However, the types of the first color and the second color are not particularly limited. The first color region 14 and the second color region 15 extends spirally together with the protruding portions 12, respectively. The first color region 14 and the second color region 15 are arranged along the axial direction D1. For example, the first color region 14 is provided along the protruding portion 12, and the second color region 15 is provided along the protruding portion 12 adjacent to the protruding portion 12 along which the first color region 14 is provided.
For example, an inclination angle of the first color region 14 with respect to the axial direction D1 is the same as an inclination angle of an extending direction of the protruding portion 12 with respect to the axial direction D1. The term "the same" does not mean that the two are exactly the same, but also includes a case where the two are substantially the same, such as a case where there is no change in the functions and effects even if the two are different. An inclination angle of the second color region 15 with respect to the axial direction D1 is the same as the inclination angle of the protruding portion 12 with respect to the axial direction D1. The second color region 15 extends substantially parallel to the first color region 14.
For example, the outer peripheral surface 11 may have a third color region 16 colored in a third color different from the first color and the second color. Similarly to the first color region 14 and the second color region 15, the third color region 16 extends spirally together with the protruding portion 12. Further, the outer peripheral surface 11 may have a fourth color region. Thus, the number of color regions can be appropriately changed. The width of each color region, the arrangement order of the color regions, and the arrangement mode of the color regions can be appropriately changed.
Next, examples of functions and effects obtained from the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 and the cosmetic material container 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. The stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 includes the outer peripheral surface 11, and the outer peripheral surface 11 includes the protruding portions 12 protruding outward in the radial direction D3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10. Therefore, in the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 and the cosmetic material container 1, a thin line can be drawn by bringing the protruding portion 12 into contact with the application target portion. The protruding portion 12 extends spirally on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10. Therefore, the length of the protruding portion 12 per unit length in the axial direction D1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 can be increased as compared with the case where the protruding portion 12 extends linearly along the axial direction D1. That is, since the protruding portion 12 extends while being inclined with respect to the axial direction D1, the length of the protruding portion 12 can be made larger than that of the protruding portion extending linearly in the axial direction D1. Therefore, since the spiral protruding portion 12 is formed long, the thin line can be continuously drawn for a long period of time.
In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 11 includes the recess 13 that extends spirally together with the protruding portion 12 at the root 12f of the protruding portion 12. In this case, the height of the protruding portion 12 on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 can be relatively increased. Therefore, even when a plurality of hairs are present on the application target portion, the protruding portion 12 can be reliably brought into contact with the portion between the hairs in the application target portion, so that the application to the application target portion can be more easily performed.
In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 11 includes the plurality of protruding portions 12 arranged along the circumferential direction D2, which is a direction of rotation about the axis L. In this case, since the plurality of protruding portions 12 are formed on the outer peripheral surface 11, the thin line can be continuously drawn for the long period of time.
In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 11 includes the first color region 14 colored in the first color and extending spirally together with the protruding portion 12, and the second color region 15 colored in the second color different from the first color and extending spirally together with the protruding portion 12 in a portion different from the first color region 14. In this case, on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10, the first color region 14 of the first color extends spirally, and the second color region 15 of the second color different from the first color extends spirally in the portion different from the first color region 14. Since the first color region 14 and the second color region 15 extend spirally along the protruding portions 12, respectively, the protruding portions 12 of the outer peripheral surface 11 can be easily visually recognized. Further, since the first color region 14 and the second color region 15 extend spirally, the designability of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 can be improved.
Second EmbodimentA stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to
As illustrated in
The outer peripheral surface 21 includes six protruding portions 22 arranged along the circumferential direction D2 and six recesses 23 arranged along the circumferential direction D2. The stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 in the cross section has a star shape. The "star shape" includes not only a strict star shape but also substantially star shapes that are not strict star shapes but generally look like a star shape, such as a star shape with crushed apexes. For example, the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 in the cross section has a hexagonal star shape. The stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 has a circular shape when viewed along the axial direction D1.
An outer diameter A3 of the outer peripheral surface 21 when viewed along the axial direction D1 is, for example, 2mm or more and 6mm or less (as an example, 3mm). In bottom portions 23b of the plurality of recesses 23, distances K2 from the center 20b of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 to the bottom portions 23b in the cross section are equal to each other. In the cross section, the plurality of bottom portion 23b is arranged along a virtual circular portion 23c. A diameter A4 of the circular portion 23c is, for example, 1mm or more and 5mm or less (2mm as an example). The diameter A4 of the circular portion 23c when the number of the protruding portions 22 is six is larger than the diameter A2 of the circular portion 13c when the number of the protruding portions 12 is three. Accordingly, the angle θ formed by the pair of extension lines E can be made constant even when the number of protruding portions changes.
As described above, the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 has the outer peripheral surface 21, and the outer peripheral surface 21 includes the plurality of protruding portions 22. The protruding portion 22 extends spirally on the outer peripheral surface 21. Therefore, in the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20, similarly to the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 described above, the length of the protruding portion 22 per unit length in the axial direction D1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 can be increased. Therefore, in the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20, since the spiral protruding portion 22 is formed to be long, the thin line can be continuously drawn for the long period of time, and thus functions and effects similar to those of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 can be obtained.
Third EmbodimentA stick-shaped cosmetic material 30 according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to
The outer peripheral surface 31 includes twelve protruding portions 32 arranged along the circumferential direction D2 and twelve recesses 33 arranged along the circumferential direction D2. The protruding portion 32 in the cross section has a parabolic shape. The stick-shaped cosmetic material 30 in the cross section has a dodecagonal star shape. An outer diameter A5 of the outer peripheral surface 31 when viewed along the axial direction D1 is, for example, 2mm or more and 6mm or less (as an example, 3mm). In bottom portions 33b of the plurality of recesses 33, distances K3 from a center 30b of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 30 to the bottom portions 33b in the cross section are equal to each other. In the cross section, the plurality of bottom portion 33b is arranged along a virtual circular portion 33c. A diameter A6 of the circular portion 33c is, for example, 2mm or more and 5.5mm or less (for example, 2.5mm). As described above, in the stick-shaped cosmetic material 30, functions and effects similar to those of the stick-shaped cosmetic material 10 and the stick-shaped cosmetic material 20 described above can be obtained.
Fourth Embodiment A stick-shaped cosmetic material 40 according to a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to
A stick-shaped cosmetic material 50 according to a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to
A stick-shaped cosmetic material 60 according to a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to
A stick-shaped cosmetic material 70 according to a seventh embodiment will be described with reference to
Various embodiments of the stick-shaped cosmetic material and the cosmetic material container according to the present disclosure have been described above. However, the stick-shaped cosmetic material and the cosmetic material container according to the present disclosure are not limited to the contents of each of the above-described embodiments, and may be further modified within the scope of the gist described in the claims. That is, the shape, size, material, number, and arrangement form of each component of the stick-shaped cosmetic material and the cosmetic material container according to the present disclosure can be appropriately changed within the scope of the gist described above.
For example, in the embodiments described above, the cosmetic material container 1 including the container 2 having the opening 2b and the tapered surface 2c has been described. However, the container may not have the tapered surface 2c, and the shape of the container can be appropriately changed. For example, the container may have, on an inner surface of the container, a spiral recessed groove facing the protruding portion (for example, the protruding portion 12, the protruding portion 22, the protruding portion 32, the protruding portion 42, the protruding portion 52, the protruding portion 62, the first protruding portion 71, or the second protruding portion 72). In the cross section, the shape of the inner surface of the container may be similar to the shape of the protruding portion. In this case, when a force in a direction intersecting the axial direction is applied to the stick-shaped cosmetic material, the protruding portion enters the recessed groove, so that the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be protected. As a result, the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be prevented from being broken or deformed.
(1) As described above, according to one advantageous aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a stick-shaped cosmetic material formed in a stick shape.
The stick-shaped cosmetic material includes the outer peripheral surface, and the outer peripheral surface includes the protruding portion protruding radially outward of the stick-shaped cosmetic material. Therefore, in the stick-shaped cosmetic material, a thin line can be drawn by bringing the protruding portion into contact with the application target portion. The protruding portion extends spirally on the outer peripheral surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic material. Therefore, the length of the protruding portion per unit length in the axial direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be increased as compared with the case where the protruding portion extends in the axial direction. Therefore, since the spiral protruding portion is formed long, the thin line can be continuously drawn for a long period of time.
(2) In the stick-shaped cosmetic material according to (1), the outer peripheral surface includes a recess extending spirally together with the protruding portion at a root of the protruding portion. In this case, the height of the protruding portion on the outer peripheral surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be relatively increased. Therefore, even in a case where a plurality of hairs are present on the application target portion, the protruding portion can be reliably brought into contact with a portion between the hairs in the application target portion, so that the application to the application target portion can be more easily performed.
(3) In the stick-shaped cosmetic material according to (1) or (2), the outer peripheral surface includes a plurality of the protruding portions arranged along a circumferential direction that is a direction of rotation about the axis. In this case, since the plurality of protruding portions are formed on the outer peripheral surface, the thin line can be continuously drawn for a longer period of time.
(4) In the stick-shaped cosmetic material according to any one of (1) to (3), the outer peripheral surface includes a first color region colored in a first color and extending spirally together with the protruding portion, and a second color region colored in a second color different from the first color and extending spirally together with the protruding portion in a portion different from the first color region. In this case, on an outer peripheral surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic material, a first color region of a first color extends spirally, and a second color region of a second color different from the first color extends spirally in a portion different from the first color region. Since each of the first color region and the second color region extends spirally along the protruding portion, the protruding portion on the outer peripheral surface can be easily visually recognized. Further, since the first color region and the second color region extend spirally, the designability of the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be improved.
(5) As described above, according to one advantageous aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a cosmetic material container including the stick-shaped cosmetic material according to any one of (1) to (4), and a container configured to hold the stick-shaped cosmetic material in a state where a part of the stick-shaped cosmetic material is exposed. The cosmetic material container includes the stick-shaped cosmetic material described above, and thus exhibits functions and effects similar to those of the stick-shaped cosmetic material described above.
According to the present disclosure, the thin line can be continuously drawn for a long period of time.
