ZIPPER
A zipper which includes a plurality of first chain tooth parts and a plurality of second chain tooth parts. The first chain tooth parts are mounted on a first mounting belt, each first chain tooth part includes a first meshing part and a second meshing part, the first meshing part is located on an outer side of the second meshing part, and a first water-retaining convex flange is provided on two sides of a meshing end of the first meshing part. The second chain tooth parts are mounted on a second mounting belt, each second chain tooth part includes a third meshing part and a fourth meshing part, the fourth meshing part is located on an outer side of the third meshing part, and a second water-retaining convex flange is provided on two sides of a meshing end of the third meshing part.

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present application relates to the field of zipper technology, more particularly to a zipper.
BACKGROUNDA zipper is a connector that combines or separates items by means of continuously arranged chain teeth. With the development of human society, economy, science and technology, zippers have evolved from the original metal materials to non-metal materials, from single varieties and single functions to multi-variety and multi-specification comprehensive functions, from simple structures to today's exquisite and beautiful, colorful, and have undergone a long evolution process. The zipper's performance, structure, and materials are changing with each passing day, and the zipper has a wide-range in application which penetrates into various fields such as aerospace, aviation, military, medical, and civil use. Zippers play an increasingly important role in people's lives, and their importance and vitality are increasingly shown.
However, the existing zippers, after being pulled up, have gaps between the chain teeth, and the waterproof effect is not good.
SUMMARYOne of the objectives of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a zipper, which aims at solving the problem of poor waterproof effect due to the gaps between chain teeth.
To solve the above technical problem, technical solutions adopted by the embodiments of the present application are as follows:
In accordance with a first aspect, a zipper is provided, and the zipper includes: a chain tooth mounting part, a plurality of first chain tooth parts and a plurality of second chain tooth parts. The chain tooth mounting part includes a first mounting belt and a second mounting belt. The first chain tooth parts are mounted on the first mounting belt, each first chain tooth part include a first meshing part and a second meshing part, the first meshing part is located on an outer side of the second meshing part, and a first water-retaining convex flange is provided on two sides of the meshing end of the first meshing part. The second chain tooth parts are mounted on the second mounting belt, the second chain tooth parts include a third meshing part and a fourth meshing part, the fourth meshing part is located on an outer side of the third meshing part, and a second water-retaining convex flange is provided on two sides of the meshing end of the third meshing part. The plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts have a meshing position and an avoidance position, and when the first chain tooth parts and the second chain tooth parts are in the meshing position, the plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts are meshed in a staggered manner, and the first water-retaining convex flanges and the second water-retaining convex flanges corresponding to the first water-retaining convex flanges abut against each other in a thickness direction of the zipper.
In one embodiment, the first water-retaining convex flange is integrally formed with the first meshing part, and the second water-retaining convex flange is integrally formed with the third meshing part.
In one embodiment, the two sides of the meshing end of the first meshing part protrude beyond two sides of a meshing end of the second meshing part to form the first water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the first meshing part.
In one embodiment, an outer peripheral contour of the meshing end of the first meshing part protrudes beyond an outer peripheral contour of a meshing end of the second meshing part to form the first water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the first meshing part.
In one embodiment, the two sides of the meshing end of the third meshing part protrude beyond two sides of a meshing end of the fourth meshing part to form the second water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the third meshing part.
In one embodiment, an outer peripheral contour of the meshing end of the third meshing part protrudes beyond an outer peripheral contour of a meshing end of the fourth meshing part to form the second water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the third meshing part.
In one embodiment, any meshing part includes a body and a meshing end provided on the body, the meshing end includes a meshing convex part and two meshing concave parts, and the two meshing concave parts are located on two sides of the meshing convex part.
In one embodiment, an edge of the first mounting belt is provided with a first belt rib, the first belt rib extends along a length direction of the first mounting belt, and an edge of the second mounting belt is provided with a second belt rib, the second belt rib extends along a length direction of the second mounting belt.
In one embodiment, the zipper also includes a slider, and the slider is movably mounted between the first chain tooth parts and the second chain tooth parts, and is configured to switch the first chain tooth parts and the second chain tooth parts between the meshing position and the avoidance position.
In one embodiment, the first water-retaining convex flange is a rib formed on the first meshing part, and the second water-retaining convex flange is a rib formed on the third meshing part.
Beneficial effects of the zipper provided by the embodiments of the present application include that: compared with the existing technologies, the zipper provided by the present application includes a plurality of first chain tooth parts and a plurality of second chain tooth parts that are mounted on the first mounting belt and the second mounting belt respectively, and each of the first chain tooth parts is provided with a first meshing part and a second meshing part, and each of the second chain tooth parts is provided with a third meshing part and a fourth meshing part, a first water-retaining convex flange is provided on two sides of the first meshing part, and a second water-retaining convex flange is provided on two sides of the third meshing part. The first meshing part is arranged on an outer side of the second meshing part, and the fourth meshing part is arranged on an outer side of the third meshing part. The plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts meshed in a staggered manner, and the first water-retaining convex flanges and the second water-retaining convex flanges corresponding to the first water-retaining convex flanges abut against each other in a thickness direction of the zipper when the first chain tooth parts and the second chain tooth parts are in the meshing position. Thereby, the zipper provided by the present application can effectively reduce the gaps between the tooth parts, and thus can effectively improve the waterproof effect of the zipper.

To enable the zipper provided by this embodiment to achieve an effective waterproof effect, two sides of the meshing end of the first meshing part 11 in this embodiment protrude beyond the two sides of the meshing end of the second meshing part 12, so as to form the first water-retaining convex flange 111 on the two sides of the first meshing part 11. By configuring the two sides of the meshing end of the first meshing part 11 to protrude beyond the two sides of the meshing end of the second meshing part 12, the first water-retaining convex flange 111 can be formed on the two sides of the first meshing part 11, so that the zipper provided by this embodiment can effectively block water through the first water-retaining convex flanges 111, thereby the waterproof effect of the zipper provided by this embodiment is effectively improved.

To effectively fix the plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and the plurality of second chain tooth parts 20, an edge of the first mounting belt 41 in this embodiment is provided with a first belt rib 411, and the first belt rib 411 extends along a length direction of the first mounting belt 41, and an edge of the second mounting belt 42 is provided with a second belt rib 421, and the second belt rib 421 extends along a length direction of the second mounting belt 42. By providing the first belt rib 411 on the edge of the first mounting belt 41 and extending the first belt rib 411 along the length direction of the first mounting belt 41, and providing the second belt rib 421 on the edge of the second mounting belt 42 and extending the second belt rib 421 along the length direction of the second mounting belt 42, the plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and the plurality of second chain tooth parts 20 can be effectively fixed on the edges of the first mounting belt 41 and the second mounting belt 42, so that the connection effect of the zipper provided by this embodiment can be effectively improved, thereby the reliability of the zipper provided by this embodiment is further effectively improved.
To facilitate the opening and closing of the zipper provided by this embodiment, a slider in this embodiment is movably mounted between the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts 20, and is configured to switch the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts 20 between the meshing position and the avoidance position. By movably mounting the slider between the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts 20, the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts 20 on the zipper provided by this embodiment can be quickly meshed or avoided, thereby the speed for opening and closing the zipper is effectively improved.
In another embodiment, to ensure that the zipper provided by this embodiment has a certain waterproof performance and can effectively save the materials used for the zipper provided by this embodiment, the first water-retaining convex flange 111 in this embodiment is a rib formed on the first meshing part 11, and the second water-retaining convex flange 211 is a rib formed on the third meshing part 21. By configuring the first water-retaining convex flange 111 as a rib formed on the first meshing part 11 and the second water-retaining convex flange 211 as a rib formed on the third meshing part 21, the materials used for the zipper provided by this embodiment can be effectively reduced while ensuring that the zipper provided by this embodiment has a certain waterproof performance, thereby the production cost of the zipper provided by this embodiment can be effectively reduced.
In one embodiment, to effectively improve the waterproof effect of the zipper provided by this embodiment, the first mounting belt 41 and the second mounting belt 42 in this embodiment are waterproof belts, at least one of the two belt surfaces of the first mounting belt 41 is affixed with a waterproof film, and at least one of the two belt surfaces of the second mounting belt 42 is affixed with a waterproof film. As the two belt surfaces of the first mounting belt 41 has at least one belt surface being affixed with a waterproof film, and the two belt surfaces of the second mounting belt 42 has at least one belt surface being affixed with a waterproof film, thus the waterproof effect of the zipper provided by this embodiment can be effectively improved.
In one embodiment, two slider limiters are provided, and the two slider limiters may be provided respectively at the ends of the first belt rib 411 arranged on the edge of the first mounting belt 41, or may be respectively provided at the ends of the second belt rib 421 arranged on the edge of the second mounting belt 42 in this embodiment. The slider limiters can effectively limit the slider, so that the slider only moves on the plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and the plurality of second chain tooth parts 20 on the first mounting belt 41 and the second mounting belt 42, which ensures that the slider can effectively control the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts to be meshed or to be avoided, thereby the reliability of the zipper provided by this embodiment is effectively improved.
In a specific embodiment, the two slider limiters are respectively provided at the ends of the first belt rib 411 arranged on the edge of the first mounting belt 41 in this embodiment, and the slider limiters can effectively limit the slider, so that the slider only moves on the plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and the plurality of second chain tooth parts 20 on the first mounting belt 41 and the second mounting belt 42, which ensures that the slider can effectively control the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts to be meshed or to be avoided, thereby the reliability of the zipper provided by this embodiment is effectively improved.
In another embodiment, the two slider limiters are respectively provided at the ends of the second belt rib 421 arranged on the edge of the second mounting belt 42 in this embodiment, and the slider limiters can effectively limit the slider, so that the slider only moves on the plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and the plurality of second chain tooth parts 20 on the first mounting belt 41 and the second mounting belt 42, which ensures that the slider can effectively control the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts to be meshed or to be avoided, thereby the reliability of the zipper provided by this embodiment is effectively improved.
In summary, the implementation of the zipper provided in the embodiments has at least the following beneficial technical effects: the zipper provided in this embodiment includes a plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and a plurality of second chain tooth parts 20 that are mounted on the first mounting belt 41 and the second mounting belt 42 respectively. Each of the first chain tooth parts 10 is provided with a first meshing part 11 and a second meshing part 12, and each of the second chain tooth parts 20 is provided with a third meshing part 21 and a fourth meshing part 22, a first water-retaining convex flange 111 is provided on two sides of the first meshing part 11, and a second water-retaining convex flange 211 is provided on two sides of the third meshing part 21. The first meshing part 11 is arranged on the outer side of the second meshing part 12, and the fourth meshing part 22 is arranged on the outer side of the third meshing part 21. The plurality of first chain tooth parts 10 and the plurality of second chain tooth parts 20 are meshed in a staggered manner, and the first water-retaining convex flanges 111 and the second water-retaining convex flanges 211 corresponding to the first water-retaining convex flanges 111 abut against each other in the thickness direction of the zipper when the first chain tooth parts 10 and the second chain tooth parts 20 are in the meshing position. Thereby, the zipper provided in this embodiment can effectively reduce the gaps between the teeth, and thus can effectively improve the waterproof effect of the zipper.

Claims
1. A zipper, comprising:
- a chain tooth mounting part, the chain tooth mounting part comprising a first mounting belt and a second mounting belt;
- a plurality of first chain tooth parts, mounted on the first mounting belt, each of the plurality of first chain tooth parts comprising a first meshing part and a second meshing part, the first meshing part being located on an outer side of the second meshing part, and a first water-retaining convex flange being provided on two sides of a meshing end of the first meshing part; and
- a plurality of second chain tooth parts the mounted on the second mounting belt each of the plurality of second chain tooth parts comprising a third meshing part and a fourth meshing part, the fourth meshing part being located on an outer side of the third meshing part and a second water-retaining convex flange being provided on two sides of a meshing end of the third meshing part;
- wherein the plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts have a meshing position and an avoidance position, and when the plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts are in the meshing position, the plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts are meshed in a staggered manner, and the first water-retaining convex flange and the second water-retaining convex flange corresponding to the first water-retaining convex flange abut against each other in a thickness direction of the zipper.
2. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein the first water-retaining convex flange and the first meshing part are integrally formed, and the second water-retaining convex flange and the third meshing part are integrally formed.
3. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein the two sides of the meshing end of the first meshing part protrude beyond two sides of a meshing end of the second meshing part to form the first water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the first meshing part.
4. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein an outer peripheral contour of the meshing end of the first meshing part protrudes beyond an outer peripheral contour of a meshing end of a second meshing part to form the first water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the first meshing part.
5. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein the two sides of the meshing end of the third meshing part protrude beyond two sides of a meshing end of the fourth meshing part to form the second water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the third meshing part.
6. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein an outer peripheral contour of the meshing end of the third meshing part protrudes beyond an outer peripheral contour of a meshing end of the fourth meshing part, to form the second water-retaining convex flange on the two sides of the third meshing part.
7. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein any of the first and second meshing parts comprises a body and a meshing end provided on the body the meshing end comprises a meshing convex part and two meshing concave parts, and the two meshing concave parts are located on two sides of the meshing convex part.

The zipper according to claim 1, wherein an edge of the first mounting belt is provided with a first belt rib and the first belt rib extends along a length direction of the first mounting belt, and an edge of the second mounting belt is provided with a second belt rib and the second belt rib extends along a length direction of the second mounting belt

The zipper according to claim 1, wherein the zipper further comprises a slider, and the slider is movably mounted between the plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts, and is configured to switch the plurality of first chain tooth parts and the plurality of second chain tooth parts between the meshing position and the avoidance position.
10. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein the first water-retaining convex flange is a rib formed on the first meshing part, and the second water-retaining convex flange is a rib formed on the third meshing part.
