FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a grille vent cover, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right-side elevation view thereof, with a left-side elevation view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, with a bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof.

The grille vent cover is shown with symbolic breaks in its length and height. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
