The dashed lines in the figures illustrate portions of the rack for hockey sticks that form no part of the claimed design. The dash dot dash lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 9 and 10 are for the purpose of illustrating the enlarged view indicators and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a rack for hockey sticks, as shown and described.
