FIG. 8 is a front perspective view of one neoprene prosthetic configured to the right side of a female athletic garment.

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view of one neoprene prosthetic configured to the left side of a female athletic garment; and,

FIG. 10 is a front perspective view of one neoprene prosthetic configured to the right side of the female athletic garment.

Any shadings and cross hatchings are not features of the design but are utilized to illustrate the contours of the present disclosure.

The ornamental design for a water compatible or dry use female athletic garment having neoprene prosthetic attachments, as shown and described.
