The appearance of the transitional image transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, and 19-21, respectively. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines in the figures illustrate portions of the security feature and environment that forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a banknote, identification card, passport, check, security document, government stamp, vehicle registration, or package, with security feature, as shown and described.
