The bottom of the footwear forms no part of the claimed design. The thin evenly spaced broken lines on the upper illustrate a stitching that forms no part of the claimed design. The bold evenly spaced broken lines on the top of the midsole illustrate a stitching that forms no part of the claimed design. The uneven broken lines illustrate laces that form no part of the claimed design.
