The dash-dash broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating environment of the toothbrush bristle arrangement that forms no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines seen in FIGS. 2, 4, 8, and 9 are for the purpose of depicting enlarged view indicators, and form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a toothbrush bristle arrangement, as shown and described.
