The design is for a bicycle rack including hooked locking bars having an extended state in which the hooked bars extend out of a plane of the rack frame (figures 1.1 to 1.6) and a folded state in which the hooked bars lie within the plane of the rack frame (figure 1.7); a central portion of the frame is absent; front and back views are identical; left and right views are identical; a bottom view is omitted: the bottom is flat and devoid of surface ornamentation; figure 1.1: perspective (extended state); figure 1.2: front; figure 1.3: back; figure 1.4: left; figure 1.5: right; figure 1.6: top; figure 1.7: perspective (folded state).
