FIG. 1 is a front, right, and top perspective view of a portable air pump, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear, left, and bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along the section line 9-9 as depicted in FIG. 3.

The number 9 and the arrow lines in FIG. 3 denote the section line and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in the drawings are portions of the portable air pump that form no part of the claimed design.
