The claimed design for a communication hub offset standoff bracket, as set forth in the following specification; fig. 1.1 is a bottom perspective view of a communication hub offset standoff bracket showing the new design in an illustrative use-case scenario coupling a lower communication hub and an upper communication hub in an offset relationship in three substantially orthogonal axes; fig. 1.2 is a right elevation view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1 in the illustrative use-case scenario; fig. 1.3 is a bottom perspective view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; fig. 1.4 is a bottom plan view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; fig. 1.5 is a top plan view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; fig. 1.6 is a right elevation view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; fig. 1.7 is a left elevation view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; fig. 1.8 is a rear elevation view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; fig. 1.9 is a front elevation view of the communication hub offset standoff bracket of fig. 1.1; the claimed ornamental design is shown embodied on an assembly that may be used, for example, in an industrial automation system; in an illustrative example, the claimed ornamental design may operate as an offset bracket to couple at least two communication hubs in an automated conveyor system such as shown; the dash-dash lines shown in the drawings illustrate unclaimed portions of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design; the long-dash-double-short-dash broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate unclaimed portions of illustrative use-case environment(s) and form no part of the claimed design.
