FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof, wherein the left side elevation view is identical;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in the figure are included to show portions of the towel rack that are not part of the claimed design; and the dash-dot broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4 demarcate a boundary and form no part of the claimed design.
