1. Automobile

1.1 is a top, front and right side perspective view of an automobile showing our new design;

1.2 is a top, front and left side perspective view thereof;

1.3 is a front elevation view thereof;

1.4 is a right side elevation view thereof;

1.5 is a right side elevation view thereof with the doors in open position;

1.6 is a left side elevation view thereof;

1.7 is a left side elevation view thereof with the doors in open position; and,

1.8 is a rear elevation view thereof with the tailgate in open and raised position.

Purpose and scope of the industrial design; the industrial design relates to an automobile; reproductions 1.5, 1.7, and 1.8 show the claimed design with the doors opened, whereas other ones with the doors closed; the claimed design is characterized by:—implementation of the car body in the form of a “hatchback” with two rows of seats;—execution of two front side doors in the passenger compartment;—opening the front doors only for the front row of seats; the execution of the side parts of the body in the rear of the passenger compartment visually resembling the rear side doors;—execution in the front and rear bumpers of symmetrical triangular recesses for the placement of lights.
