FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of detail 10 in FIG. 1.

Dot-dash broken lines depict the boundary of the enlarged views and form no part of the claimed design. All other broken lines depict portions of the hub that form no part of the claimed design. The cord is shown with a break in its length; these break lines and any portion of the article between these break lines form no part of the claimed design.
