Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a vehicle display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines depict the vehicle display screen or portion thereof in which the design is embodied that form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the animated image that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a vehicle display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
