The retractable door bar is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The appearance of any portion of the retractable door bar between the dash dot dash symbolic break lines form no part of the claimed design. The dashed lines in the figures illustrate portions of the retractable door bar that form no part of the claimed design. The dash dot dash lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 are for the purpose of illustrating the enlarged views indicators and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a retractable door bar, as shown and described.
