FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view thereof in a closed configuration; and,

FIG. 10 is an enlarged partial view taken from encircled area “10” in FIG. 1.

The dash-dot broken lines are included to annotate partial views in FIGS. 1 & 8. All other broken lines represent portions of the balance vehicle that form no part of the claimed design. None of the broken lines form a part of the claim.
