The portion of the windshield wiper blade depicted in the figures in broken lines forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines showing a windshield wiper in FIGS. 3, 4 and 6 are for the purpose of illustrating where the windshield wiper blade is attached to the windshield wiper and forms no part of the claimed design.
