FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof. The bottom plan view is a mirror image of the top plan view.

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof. The rear elevation view is a mirror image of the front elevation view.

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the C-shaped foot cushion in use on a foot; and,
