Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof.

The appearance of the image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 3. The broken lines shown in the form of dash-dot-dash lines, which define the bounds of the claimed design, form no part of the claimed design.

Neither the display screen nor portion thereof nor any aspects of the graphical user interfaces shown in broken lines (including in the form of dash-dash lines) forms any part of any of the claimed designs. In all of the figures, the outermost broken lines forming a dash-dash line pattern represent a display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of any of the claimed designs.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
