FIG. 1A is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing a first image of my new design.

FIG. 1B is a partial enlargement thereof, shown for clarity of illustration.

FIG. 2 is a partial enlargement of a second image thereof, shown for clarity of illustration.

FIG. 3 is a partial enlargement of a third image thereof, shown for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 4 is a partial enlargement of a fourth image thereof, shown for clarity of illustration.

The dot-dash lines in the drawings show the boundary of the claimed design, the evenly spaced broken lines at the perimeter of the figure illustrate the display screen or portion thereof, and the remaining broken line showing of text and numbers illustrates portions of the transitional graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the views of FIGS. 1A-4. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
