The arch support insole for a right foot is a mirror image of the insole for the left foot shown.

The dash-dash broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the arch support insole that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines represent boundary of the enlarged portion and form no part of the claimed design.
