FIG. 1 is an upper perspective view of a television decoder showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a lower perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 6 represent portions of the television decoder that form no part of the claimed design. The oval and circle elements on the front of the television decoder in FIGS. 1-3 are lights which are visible through the front panel.
