Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing a first image of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof.

The outer broken lines in the figures show a display or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design. The other broken lines in the figures show portions of the animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface as shown and described.
