Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence of the graphical user interface according to the claimed design, with the display screen or portion thereof shown on a smart phone.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing a second image in the sequence of the graphical user interface, with the display screen or portion thereof shown on the smart phone.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing a third image in the sequence of the graphical user interface, with the display screen or portion thereof shown on the smart phone; and,

The dash-dot broken lines in the drawings showing the display screen or portion thereof define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.

The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
