Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the tamper evident sealable bag assembly with note tab showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view thereof with the bag moved to a closed condition, and a protective strip of the sealable portion of the bag shown in a partially peeled condition to expose an adhesive;

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof with bag moved to a sealed condition, and illustrating a note, shown in dash-dot-dot-dash lines, positioned at a front side of the bag for adherence thereto, via a note tab;

FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view thereof, illustrating the note adhered between the note tab and the front side of the bag;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of FIG. 5, a pull tab of the sealable portion of the bag shown in a partially peeled condition;

FIG. 7 is an exploded, rear perspective view thereof, the pull tab of the sealable portion in a fully peeled condition to open the bag from the sealed condition;

FIG. 8 is a front view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a right side view, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 11 is an interior view of a front sheet-like panel of the tamper evident sealable bag, taken along the plane of the line 11-11 in FIG. 10;

FIG. 12 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a front view of an upper portion of the tamper evident sealable bag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 15 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 16 is a right side view, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 17 is an interior view of a front sheet-like panel of the sealable bag, taken along the plane of the line 17-17 in FIG. 16;

FIG. 18 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 19 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines in the Figures show portions of the sealable bag which form no part of the claimed design.

The dash-dot-dash lines show unclaimed perforations for the pull tab.

The dash-dot-dot-dash lines in FIGS. 4, 5, and 7 show a note (e.g., receipt) adhered between the note tab and the bag. The receipt is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

The shade lines in the Figures show contours and not surface ornamentation.

The break-away portion shown using dashed lines in FIGS. 14, 15, 17, 18 and 19 are included to show that the sealable bag has no specific length.

Claims

The ornamental design for a tamper evident sealable bag with note tab substantially as shown and described.
