Description

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing the new design.

The dot-dash broken lines showing a display screen or portion thereof and the broken lines within, including all text elements, illustrate portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design.
