While the figures do not presently include any broken lines, the inventors do contemplate broader scope of invention and changing any of the present solid lines to broken lines wherein the broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a container including locking mechanism with pair of tabs as shown and described.
