The claimed design is intended for use as a cargo platform attached to the roof of an automobile, motor vehicle, a trailer, or truck, or other similar vehicle, or to support rails disposed above the automobile, motor vehicle, a trailer, or truck, or another similar vehicle. The broken lines in the figures show portions of the cargo platform or environmental matter that form no part of the claimed design. The shade lines and shading in the figures show contour and not surface ornamentation.

The ornamental design for a cargo platform for a vehicle as shown and described.
