Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface according to a first embodiment of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface of FIG. 1 in an example use environment showing a monitor.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface according to a second embodiment of the claimed design.

FIG. 4 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface of FIG. 3 in an example use environment showing a monitor.

FIG. 5 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface according to a third embodiment of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface of FIG. 5 in an example use environment showing a monitor.

The dash-dash broken lines in the drawings illustrate features of the graphical user interface and environmental matter that form no part of the claimed design.

The dash-dot-dot broken lines in the drawings define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.

The diagonal cross-hatch shading in FIGS. 3-6 of the drawings represents contrast in appearance, although no particular color is claimed.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface as shown and described.
