FIG. 2 is a back view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a front folded view of FIG. 1 folded along a fold line.

FIG. 4 is the back folded view of FIG. 1 folded along a fold line.

FIG. 5 is a partially folded perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the design folded and attached to a hanging folder. The hanging folder forms no part of the claim, but is only shown for environment.
