Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing a first embodiment of the new design in a first position of a transitional sequence;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the first embodiment of the new design in a second position of the transitional sequence;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing a second embodiment of the new design in a first position of the transitional sequence;

FIG. 4 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the second embodiment of the new design in a second position of the transitional sequence;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the second embodiment of the new design in a third position of the transitional sequence;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of area 6 indicated by dot-dash broken lines in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of area 7 indicated by dot-dash broken lines in FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of area 8 indicated by dot-dash broken lines in FIG. 3;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of area 9 indicated by dot-dash broken lines in FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of area 10 indicated by dot-dash broken lines in FIG. 5.

The long-dashed broken lines depict a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. Dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 1-5 show enlarged areas of the design and form no part of the claimed design. All other broken lines show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.

The horizontal timeline shown in solid line forms part of the claimed design.

In the first embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2. For the first embodiment, the process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. In the second embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 3-5. For the second embodiment, the process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
