The appearance of the animated graphical user interface transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-8, between the images shown in FIGS. 9-16, between the images shown in FIGS. 17-19, and between the images shown in FIGS. 20-22.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen, or portion thereof, with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
