Description

FIG. 1 illustrates a front view of a first image in a sequence showing a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface.

FIG. 2 illustrates a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a detail of FIG. 2, shown enlarged for clarity of viewing.

The appearance of the images sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The peripheral broken lines depict a display screen and form no part of the claimed design. All other broken lines show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
