FIG. 1 is a perspective view from the front, bottom and right of a mounting device for a helmet showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the mounting device for a helmet shown in FIG. 1, viewed from the rear, in which two components of the mounting device have been separated;

FIG. 3 is a front plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side plan view thereof;

The broken lines shown in FIG. 9 depict an illustrative environmental structure including a helmet, a mouth shield, a mouth shield holding device and a user's face that form no part of the claimed design.
