Description

The claimed subject matter was made by one or more employees of the United States Department of Homeland Security in the performance of official duties. The Government has certain rights in the invention.

FIG. 1 is a first image in a sequence for a graphical user interface (GUI) for the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 2 is a second image in the sequence for a graphical user interface (GUI) for the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 3 is a third image in the sequence for a graphical user interface (GUI) for the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 4 is a fourth-image in the sequence for a graphical user interface (GUI) for the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface.

The outermost broken lines in the drawings show a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design.

The other broken lines in the figures show portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process by which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface as shown and described.
