FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of FIG. 1 without the plunger head;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2 showing the hollow interior; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged partial view view of the lower section of FIG. 2.

The broken lines showing portions of the toilet plunger handle in the drawings form no part of the claimed design. The radial and curved partial concentric lines in FIGS. 3 and 4 are to show only the contour of the claimed design and form no part of the claims.
