FIG. 2 illustrates a back side view of the high-altitude balloon.

FIG. 3 illustrates a top-town view of the high-altitude balloon; and,

FIG. 4 illustrates a bottom-up view of the high-altitude balloon.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1-4 depict portions of the telescope that form no part of the claimed design.
