FIG. 8 is another perspective view thereof with laundry bags coupled thereto.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-8 are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the garment rack that form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines of the laundry bags in FIG. 8 illustrate unclaimed environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
