FIG. 1 is a right-side, top perspective view of a newel cap.

FIG. 2 is a left-side, bottom perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right-side bottom view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a left-side view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1-8 illustrate portions of the newel cap that form no part of the claimed design. The additional broken lines that illustrate the rectangular shape beneath the newel cap illustrate environment and form no part of the claimed design.
