FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the encircled area 8 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the encircled area 9 of FIG. 2.

The broken lines shown on the drawings depict portions of the rotary seat that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash lines denote the enlarged views, and form no part of the claimed design.
