In FIGS. 1-2, 5 and 8, dash-dot-dash broken lines inside the cone shape of the telescopic feather duster rod depicts a boundary that forms no part of the claimed design. The other dash-dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 5-9 depict enlargement indications that form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dash broken lines in FIGS. 5 and 8 depict portions of the telescopic feather duster rod that form no part of the claimed design.
