Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first embodiment of my new design for a crew neck t-shirt, the t-shirt shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, and the design having a message, “Message Message Message” centered and vertically oriented on the front surface of the t-shirt and preceded by a logo graphic disposed above the message, wherein the claimed portion is bounded by a rectangle distinguishable by a dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 2, and all broken lines depicted in FIG. 1 form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of the first embodiment of FIG. 1 denoted by a rectangle bounding the claimed portion of the t-shirt and distinguishable by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 2 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a reduced perspective view of the first embodiment of FIG. 1 worn by a wearer, the wearer further wearing a shirt and other articles of clothing, wherein the wearer, the t-shirt and the other articles of clothing are shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, wherein the shirt is cutout (the cutout being distinguishable by a smaller dash sized broken line than that of the aforementioned broken lines of FIG. 3, wherein all broken lines depicted in FIG. 3 form no part of the claimed design and the portion of the t-shirt visible in FIG. 3 is within the claimed portion) and further illustrates the centered and vertically oriented configuration of the message and logo graphic disposed there-above;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 2 and shown in FIG. 1 illustrating a second embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Let's be honest. Everyone hates performance reviews.”, located below a logo graphic disposed above the message;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 2 and shown in FIG. 1 illustrating a third embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Looking Good”, located below a logo graphic disposed above the message;

FIG. 6 is a front view of a fourth embodiment of my new design for a v-neck t-shirt, the t-shirt shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, and the design having a message, “Message Message Message” centered and vertically oriented on the front surface of the t-shirt and preceded by a logo graphic disposed above the message, wherein the claimed portion is bounded by a rectangle distinguishable by a dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 7, and all broken lines depicted in FIG. 6 form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of the fourth embodiment of FIG. 6 denoted by a rectangle bounding the claimed portion of the t-shirt and distinguishable by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 7 in FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a reduced perspective view of the fourth embodiment of FIG. 6 worn by a wearer, the wearer further wearing a shirt and other articles of clothing, wherein the wearer, the t-shirt and the other articles of clothing are shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, wherein the shirt is cutout (the cutout being distinguishable by a smaller dash sized broken line than that of the aforementioned broken lines of FIG. 8, wherein all broken lines depicted in FIG. 8 form no part of the claimed design and the portion of the t-shirt visible in FIG. 8 is within the claimed portion) and further illustrates the centered and vertically oriented configuration of the message and logo graphic disposed there-above;

Everyone hates performance reviews.”, located below a logo graphic disposed above the message;

FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 7 and shown in FIG. 6 illustrating a sixth embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Looking Good”, located below a logo graphic disposed above the message;

FIG. 11 is a front view of a seventh embodiment of my new design for a crew neck t-shirt, the t-shirt shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, and the design having a message, “Message Message Message” centered and vertically oriented on the front surface of the t-shirt and preceded by a graphic element disposed above the message, wherein the claimed portion is bounded by a rectangle distinguishable by a dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 12, and all broken lines depicted in FIG. 11 form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 12 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of the seventh embodiment of FIG. 11 denoted by a rectangle bounding the claimed portion of the t-shirt and distinguishable by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 12 in FIG. 11;

FIG. 13 is a reduced perspective view of the seventh embodiment of FIG. 11 worn by a wearer, the wearer further wearing a shirt and other articles of clothing, wherein the wearer, the t-shirt and the other articles of clothing are shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, wherein the shirt is cutout (the cutout being distinguishable by a smaller dash sized broken line than that of the aforementioned broken lines of FIG. 13, wherein all broken lines depicted in FIG. 13 form no part of the claimed design and the portion of the t-shirt visible in FIG. 13 is within the claimed portion) and further illustrates the centered and vertically oriented configuration of the message and graphic element disposed there-above;

FIG. 14 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 12 and shown in FIG. 11 illustrating an eighth embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Let's be honest. Everyone hates performance reviews.”, located below a graphic element disposed above the message;

FIG. 15 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 12 and shown in FIG. 11 illustrating a nineth embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Looking Good”, located below a graphic element disposed above the message;

FIG. 16 is a front view of a tenth embodiment of my new design for a v-neck t-shirt, the t-shirt shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, and the design having a message, “Message Message Message” centered and vertically oriented on the front surface of the t-shirt and preceded by a graphic element disposed above the message, wherein the claimed portion is bounded by a rectangle distinguishable by a dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 17, and all broken lines depicted in FIG. 16 form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 17 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of the tenth embodiment of FIG. 16 denoted by a rectangle bounding the claimed portion of the t-shirt and distinguishable by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 17 in FIG. 16;

FIG. 18 is a reduced perspective view of the tenth embodiment of FIG. 16 worn by a wearer, the wearer further wearing a shirt and other articles of clothing, wherein the wearer, the t-shirt and the other articles of clothing are shown in broken lines to indicate the environment of the claimed portion of the t-shirt, wherein the shirt is cutout (the cutout being distinguishable by a smaller dash sized broken line than that of the aforementioned broken lines of FIG. 18, wherein all broken lines depicted in FIG. 18 form no part of the claimed design and the portion of the t-shirt visible in FIG. 18 is within the claimed portion) and further illustrates the centered and vertically oriented configuration of the message and graphic element disposed there-above;

FIG. 19 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 17 and shown in FIG. 16 illustrating an eleventh embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Let's be honest. Everyone hates performance reviews.”, located below a graphic element disposed above the message; and,

FIG. 20 is an enlarged view of the claimed portion of a t-shirt bounded by the dot-dash patterned broken line identified by reference number 17 and shown in FIG. 16 illustrating a twelfth embodiment of my new design for a t-shirt having the message, “Looking Good”, located below a graphic element disposed above the message.

All broken lines in the drawings form no part of the claimed design.
