Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing the new design.

FIG. 2 is front view of a second image of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface of FIG. 1 showing the new design.

FIG. 3 is front view of a third image of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface of FIG. 1 showing the new design; and,

FIG. 4 is front view of a fourth image of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface of FIG. 1 showing the new design.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The dot-dash broken lines showing a display screen or portion thereof illustrate portions of the article, and form no part of the claimed design.
