Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a disc prosthesis where the perspective view from the opposite end is identical thereto.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged first side elevational view of the disc prosthesis of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged second side elevational view of the disc prosthesis of FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view of the disc prosthesis of FIG. 1, where the elevational view of the opposite end is identical thereto; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the disc prosthesis of FIG. 1, where the bottom plan view is identical thereto.

The portions of the disc prosthesis shown in dash-dash broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
