Description

The FIGURE is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface.

The interior broken line square surrounding the graphical user interface shows a display screen or portion thereof that forms no part of the claimed design. All broken lines outside of the broken line square show portions of a light switch thermostat that form no part of the claimed design. All broken lines within the broken line square shows portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.
