The broken lines having consistent dash lengths (dash-dash-dash) shown in FIGS. 1-8 depict portions of the dosage guide that form no part of the claimed design.

In the embodiments depicted in FIGS. 1-8, the bottom, front, rear, and side views form no portion of the design.
