The broken lines in the drawings illustrate the portions of the steering wheel cover which form no part of the claimed design. In addition, the dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 9 depict the boundary lines of the enlarged views and form no part of the claimed design.

Furthermore, the dot-dot-dash lines depict stitching, which form part of the claimed design.
