Description

FIG. 1 is a first front view in a sequence of a display screen, or portion thereof, with transitional graphical user interface showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a second front view in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third front view in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 4 is a fourth front view in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 5 is a fifth front view in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sixth front view in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 7 is a seventh front view in the sequence thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an eighth front view in the sequence thereof.

The appearance of the sequence of the transitional user interface sequentially transitions between images shown in FIGS. 1-8. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines shown in the figures illustrate portions of the display screen, or portion thereof, with transitional graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen, or portion thereof, with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
