Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a protective sports helmet showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the protective sports helmet of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the protective sports helmet of FIG. 1.

Inventive aspects of the current design exist in: (i) protective sports helmet as a whole, (ii) components (e.g., helmet shell, visor, chin bar, and energy attenuation assembly) of the protective sports helmet, (iii) individual portions or elements of the protective sports helmet or the components of the protective sports helmet, and (iv) in combinations of portions or elements of the protective sports helmet or its components. As to each embodiment of the protective sports helmet or its components, Applicant reserves the left to amend this Application and/or to file one or more divisional applications to specifically claim: (i) protective sports helmet as a whole, (ii) components (e.g., helmet shell, visor, chin bar, and energy attenuation assembly) of the protective sports helmet, (iii) individual portions or elements of the protective sports helmet or the components of the protective sports helmet, and/or (iv) in combinations of portions or elements of the protective sports helmet or the components of the protective sports helmet.

While the photographic images of FIGS. 205-212 are in color and the photographic images of FIGS. 213-220 are in gray scale, Applicant recognizes that inventive aspects of all the embodiments and arrangements including color, gray scale and line representations thereof, Thus, Applicant reserves the left to amend this Application and/or file one or more divisional and/or continuation application to specifically claim or disclaim such arrangement in the present application and in any divisional and/or continuation applications.

Those portions of the protective sports helmet or the components of the protective sports helmet which are presented in the Figures with dotted lines (“--”) show unclaimed aspects of the protective sports helmet or its components and as a result, they form no part of the claimed the protective sports helmet or the components of the protective sports helmet. The dot-dash-dot broken lines (“- - - ”) in the Figures represent unclaimed boundaries of the protective sports helmet or its components. Moreover, any surface shading presented in the accompanying Figures is provided to indicate contours of the protective sports helmet or the components of the protective sports helmet and is not intended to be illustrative of the protective sports helmet's or the components of the protective sports helmet's surface finish, texture or gloss.
